Virtual projects

Oceanographic museums in Russia, Germany, Lithuania and Poland located in the South Baltic region together with their scientific partners presented by Stralsund University of Applied Sciences and Szczecin University have developed an informational and communicative tool for the oceanographic museums – BalticMuseums 2.0 on-line platform. Here a visitor can find information about exhibitions and sea inhabitants, panoramic photographs and virtual tours as well as photo galleries. The platform is multi-lingual and presented in Russian, English, German, Polish, Lithuanian and even Chinese languages. Having surfed this platform you would like to visit a museum for real! You should just decide what museum you’d like to go: Lithuanian Sea Museum (Klaipeda), Museum of the World Ocean (Kaliningrad, Russia), German Oceanographic Museum (Stralsund) or Gdynia Aquarium (Poland).
